Employment for 10th and 12th Failed Children, a Resolution

It is often observed that those children who fail in the 10th or 12th especially the children of rural areas, then the children wander somewhere or there is a no firm determination in them that they should try again and Could be successful and move forward. Generally there is a mistake of a parent but a good counselling is not given by the teacher as well due to which the golden future of these children gets spoiled.

In the month of October 2017, we have taken a resolution for the children who fail in the 10th or 12th in Naxal-affected areas or districts in Chhattisgarh, for them an institute is run by the Central Government, name is Central for Industrial Plastics Engineering (CIPET), some scheme is run by this institute under which children who failed in 10th or 12th and they are trained for 3 to 6 months after that they can get their job somewhere. Even after that children can do advanced course if they want to do.

We found around 350 children who had failed in class X and XII from within the Jungle. We also knew that these children could wander and return to Naxalism, so their counselling was done and they were provided hostel facilities, food and staying in Raipur free of charge and in 3 to 6 months their training was done. I got great satisfaction from this campaign because of these children we managed to get jobs in private companies with the CIPET coordination in five states of 155 children. If we all want, we can do this but a resolution is needed.
